Link [.pdf]: Yesterday, the Patent Office published the Final Rule that reflects new procedures for practice before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. The Final Rule amends various parts of the patent regulations. The provisions of the Final Rule become effective on September 13, 2004.
