Finally…someone else is talking sensibly about the whole “apple patent watch” phenomenon

The Rethink(IP) crew has written extensively about the odd “Apple patent watch” phenomenon on our Technolawyer newsletter, IP Memes. If you haven’t noticed, there’s a collection (and not a small one) of bloggers that make wild-eyed observations and predictions about coming products and apple-will-conquer-the-world legal rights every time Apple has a patent application published or a patent issued. Finally….finally, someone else is talking sensibly about this phenomenon that seems to be a product of blogging, ignorance, and overcaffeination. This post from the MacNightOwl gives me hope that all good sense has not been thrown out the window….
